Students, teachers and district leaders commit to a culture of excellence where collaboration and relationships are valued as essential to all we do; where standards of excellence, including high expectations for all, are co-constructed and revisited routinely with students, staff, and community in an inclusive, meaningful process; where deficit-thinking is replaced by strength-based decision-making and approaches to learning; where predictability of student outcomes by race, income or native language are eliminated; where opportunities for growth and continuous improvement are provided at every turn for students and staff; and leaders are intentional and tireless in their pursuit of educational equity and excellence.
